Following types of articles are published by IJMAP:

  1. Research Articles: Research articles should report the results of original research. These should describe new and carefully confirmed findings, and experimental procedures should be given in sufficient detail for others to verify the work. The length of a research article should be the minimum required to describe and interpret the work clearly.
  2. Review Articles: Review articles on the various aspects of medicinal and aromatic plants are welcome. Submissions of reviews and perspectives covering topics of current interest are welcome and encouraged.
  3. Short Communications: A Short Communication is suitable for recording the results of complete small investigations or giving details of new models or hypotheses, innovative methods, techniques or apparatus. The style of main sections need not conform to that of research articles. Short communications are 2 to 5 printed pages in length.
  4. Papers for Special Issues. IJMAP publishes Special Issues from time to time. If your article has been invited by a Guest Editor as a contribution to a Special Issue or you wish your article to be included in Special Issue, please mark it as such on the title page.
